Mrs. Melvine El Fadl

Melvine Zammar El Fadl began her career as a showroom sales manager at Snaidero Middle East-Indevco group, then as a regional sales manager.

After ten years of sales, customer service experience, and exposure to the Middle East region and Europe, Melvine left Indevco group in 2006, to join NDU University, as a part-time faculty instructor of management. She enjoyed teaching strategic management courses as well as many topics related to leadership, motivation, international business management and entrepreneurship.

She worked with Commission Européenne and trained the Lebanese Army (Technical Assistance to the Lebanese Armed Forces and the General Directorate of General Security).

She trained and coached men and women in municipalities and government in collaboration with GIZ German cooperation and NCLW.

 

Her 10 years of experience in coaching and mentoring people from different backgrounds gave her the ability to create a learning environment where people make progress on addressing their issues while gaining the ability to address their future challenges. She advises on and provides training and coaching in the strategic and operational aspects of management, change, marketing, selling and client relationship management. She participated recently in many international events in Frankfurt with R&V, as well as in Portugal with the Entrepreneurship Organization EO. She was also a guest speaker at the European Public Law Organization in Athens.

With a profound ability to perform a variety of training tasks and a keen knowledge of latest training methodologies, Melvine trained and coached many corporate organizations.
