Mrs. Carole Assaf

Carole Assaf is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Notre Dame University.

Mrs. Assaf offered extensive consulting, research and training in many industries. She shares her leadership skills in many fields and she is an expert in Hospitality management. Carole enhances organization’s assessments needs, and develops customized training programs that meet specific learning objectives. She is responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, and evaluating lifelong learning opportunities.

 

Mrs. Assaf is the founder of several inter-universities clubs like Hospitality and Tourism Club, Skiing Society, and The founder and president of Chabab Loubnan Nahwa el Watanya

As much as she is known by serving private sector, she is furthermore, catering many NGOs funded by USAID, EU, UCODEP, GTZ.

She has an expertise in Strategic Planning and Strategic Marketing Planning, Sales Techniques, and Communication skills.
