Mrs. Randa Karimé

Mrs. Randa Karimé is an accomplished HR professional with over 17 years of experience in the Banking Sector in Lebanon and Kuwait.
During her role as Human Resources Director in Leading Lebanese Banks, she was responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable the organization to recruit, train, develop and retain a high performing, and motivated workforce.
Mrs. Karimé holds Master’s degree in Business from LAU, a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from SHRM- USA, in addition to several other accreditations and certificates encompassing MBTI, Train the Trainer, Emotional Intelligence, ROI, Certified Branch Manager, Train the Trainer, Balanced Scorecard and Certified Project Director.
Her expertise includes Strategic Management, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Talent Development, and training.
Currently, she works as an HR & Management Consultant and teaches Management and HR courses in Lebanese universities and institutes.
