Viviane Nakhlé is a seasoned consultant with over 30 years of expertise in Strategic Planning, Supply Chain Management, and Human Resource Management. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Washington, DC, along with degrees in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, and Business Computing.

Her career spans leadership roles in the U.S. and Lebanon, including Henkel Lebanon, where she led Supply Chain operations and implemented ISO 9001-2000, and Notre Dame University, where she developed curricula in HR, Entrepreneurship, and Luxury Retail Management, while also serving as Director of Admissions.

As founding partner of Creating Value Management – CVM3, Viviane has led projects in leadership development, strategic management, women empowerment, and supply chain optimization, while also delivering soft skills and capacity-building training. At Sofres Liban, she drives research projects and provides strategic insights to clients.

Currently, she lectures part-time at the Lebanese American University (LAU), continuing to bridge academia and industry. Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, Viviane is recognized for delivering practical, sustainable solutions that transform organizations and empower individuals.
