Mr. Ihab Badawi

Ihab Badawi is a Corporate Advisor & Leadership Coach. He enjoys over 18 years of
experience in International Business, namely International Sales, Marketing, Business
Development, and Corporate Transformation. Currently, Ihab specializes in Organizational
Leadership through Human Capital Optimization. He supports companies to undergo business
transformation to achieve Customer Excellence and thus sustainable growth.
Prior to his current role in providing Consultancy & Talent Development support to
Organizations, he spearheaded many operations adding to his international exposure while
being a Chief Commercial Officer, Vice President and a Managing Director for leading
organizations in the MEA region. He has lead International Salesforce and Distribution for
leading FMCG and Cosmetics brands across the MENA region, India Subcontinent and the
ASEAN.
During his work, he has built management teams and strategies that registered major increase
in market share and clear transformation in Organizational Behavior thus transforming
corporate cultures to ones that can translate the corporate values into action.
Ihab currently acts as a Business Advisor & member of board for several organizations in the
region as well as being an executive coach for senior directors in the region.
