Lebanese Training Center (LTC)
Lebanese Training Center (LTC) is a non-profit training center operating within the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount-Lebanon. The center is dedicated to supporting Lebanese youth, women, and the SMEs workforce through targeted capacity-building programs aligned with labor market needs.
The core objective of the LTC is to strengthen employability and organizational performance by equipping trainees with practical, future-oriented skills. Training programs are designed to support access to employment, career upscaling, and business competitiveness, while enabling individuals and enterprises to adapt effectively to rapidly evolving economic and technological environments.
A hands-on training methodology underpins all programs, combining practical case studies with instruction delivered by trainers drawn directly from industry and professional practice. The modular training system, delivered primarily through either afternoon sessions or one full day, ensures flexibility and accessibility for working professionals and entrepreneurs.
To promote inclusivity and equal access, all programs are offered at highly symbolic fees, in line with the LTC’s non-profit mission. Training activities focus on market- and future driven sectors, including blue, green & digital skills, entrepreneurship, sustainability and ESG, artificial intelligence in the workplace, digital banking, as well as core business functions such as human resources, finance, marketing, and e-commerce.
Each training cycle concludes with the issuance of certificates of attendance signed by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Beirut and Mount Lebanon.
