Dr. Massoud Kantar

Dr. Massoud Kantar has fifteen years of experience in banking and Trade Finance. He is Senior Manager at Blom Bank SAL and currently holds the position of Head of Trade Finance Division. Dr. Kantar is a lecturer at the Lebanese Chamber of Commerce to a wide audience working in the Trade Finance field. Dr. Massoud Kantar has a Bachelor’s Degree in Private Law,  a Master’s Degree in Commercial law and a PhD from the University of Sorbonne – Paris in Banking Laws, concentrating on Personnal and Commercial Bank Guarantees. His doctorate studies focused on providing legislative amendments to the Guarantees’ section of the Lebanese Code of Obligations and Contracts in order to become in line with the latest international business developments.
